Thanks for the comment.  Wow, I checked the time of the photo. This image was created born @ 5:40PM. (exif info on flickr)  ON that day Aug31st, Civial twilight started at 05:35 so I guess the answer is yes, however I remember the sun still being up.  I could check the original times later. I do see a lot of light on the cloud in the backgound.

Many times I&#039;ll use a strong off camera strobe to expose the people, thus not &quot;blowing out&quot; the exposure in the sky.
